Ambassador Trust Admin (Pty)

Ambassador Trust was established in July 2001 to offer all trust related services (registration and maintenance of all trusts (Individual & Group beneficiaries) to new and existing trustees, including an annual administration service to protect trustees managing active trusts, within the guidelines as stated in their trust deeds and the Trust Property Control Act.  Ambassador Trust acts as correspondent for various accounting and legal firms in South Africa.  

Samuel Kennedy Investments (Pty)

SKI services include advice on acquisitions, disposals and mergers, restructuring and capital raising and the corporate activities supporting these. The focus is mainly on the mid-market, which is traditionally not fully serviced by the larger banking institutions. 

Martin van der Poel CA(SA) founded SKI in 2010 as a niche corporate advisory and proprietary investment business. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997. After serving his articles at KPMG he joined their corporate finance department and gained experience in forensic accounting, mergers & acquisitions, privatisations, valuations, due diligence reviews, stock exchange compliance work and financial modeling, both with local and international clients. 

In 2001, he headed up the mergers & acquisitions, legal, risk management and internal audit departments at listed ICT company, where he concluded a number of acquisition opportunities, negotiated large ICT outsourcing agreements and established the group risk management function and group internal audit functions. 

In 2007 Martin joined Routledge Modise Inc. as director of the corporate finance department with the main objective to provide clients with a wider array of services by integrating the commercial, legal and traditional corporate finance services.
